The location was excellent in the Medina. The staff were very nice and friendly. The breakfast had a different variety each day. It was good. The hotel provided security ensuring no random people entered.

the hotel is in a good central location. the staff was very cute. the rooms were cleaned daily. the hotel provided security to prevent random people from entering.

The sink in my room was blocked. This needed addressing. a lightbulb was also missing. it required several trips downstairs to discuss the issues.
